No clothing for tall, thin men
I'm 6'4" @ 180lbs with extra long arms - an 80" armspan, fingertip to fingertip.
Long: The body length on a Medium Tall is too long for me. It's almost like a nightshirt.
Wide: This thing is pretty wide. I'd have to get myself up to 200+lbs for this to fit well. In my opinion, that's outside of Medium size territory.
The colors look great. The fabric seems like it would be great. I'll try a regular non-tall Medium size and see how it goes, as I do like this and want a shirt like this.
Ultimately, for a medium-tall garment, this fails. Too long, that's common, but that width, that boxiness, is no good for me.

Great travel shirt!
Bought several of these last year for a trip to Europe. Lightweight, comfortable, relatively wrinkle free, quick drying. Zip pocket is great for a passport and spare cash (really any small valuable). Will look for more if I (really my wife) like the color!

Very nice shirt
Very stylish, almost looks like a western-style shirt but less ostentatious. I really like the hidden glasses pocket. Very comfortable, the fabric has a little bit of stretch to it so it doesn't bind. It is reminiscent of the "Poncho" brand shirts, but at a fraction of the price. Very happy with it.
