I carry this bag everyday. The size is just what I was looking for. Not too big, but can be made larger by unzipping the bottom. I have the gray color.

Great Size Purse
I actually have this purse in black and loved it so much that I purchased the grey color. Great size and I love the compartments it has. My only complaint is that the material of the grey fabric feels more stiff than my current bag; not sure if that will break in or if it's just how that color fabric is. No big deal though, just feels different.

The perfect cross-body bag!
So many cross-body bags look like fanny packs being worn around your chest. This is an actual handbag that can be slung over your shoulder or worn across the chest. I love the beefy zippers which can be handled with gloves on. There are zippered pockets for everything. The phone pocket has a fleece liner. I didn't think I'd like the key clip, but I use it all the time now. I haven't needed to expand it, but that may happen on an upcoming trip. All in all, this is terrific bag at a reasonable price!

Boundless Expandable Crossbody Bag
I like everything about this purse. The size and the enclosures are secure with zippers. The hardware is plastic. I really don’t like that. But I gave it 3 stars because the material of the purse itself is thin and crinkly. It is light weight but I think I would like a little better to make this purse worth what I spent on it.

Useful Bag
This bag holds quite a lot! The zipper closure and magnetic flap that cover the main compartment are a good security feature. I really like the bag's ability to expand with the zipper on the bottom.

Many defects
The first thimg that tore was the flimsy mesh pocket inside. Then the outside pocket is a flap and does not hold even a phone. There are not enough pockets to hold a passport to pens. I bought this as a travel bag and it failed. The magnetic clasp will harm phones and metallic items in the bag stick to it.
