Good "In - Between" Jacket
Good "in-between" jacket; light enough to wear in a warm spring rain and warm enough to dull the chill of a cool night. Good pockets, zippers, snaps and nice lining and good light rain protection.

Good “version 1.0” Mountain Parka
Fit is excellent, good for layers or without., and a “regular” fit my 6’ frame. Lining adds just enough warmth and hood fits great. The fabric is crinkly, a traditional “60/40” cotton/synthetic blend would be a great improvement. Hand pockets are plain, they should be fleece lined.

Worth the wait. (It was on back order)
I needed a light but warm jacket mainly for camping. My wife got one earlier and she really enjoys it's. Since I got mind, I can see why. Great fit and comfort.

Right Length
It is frustrating to find a rain coat that covers your rump. If you get outside in the rain, you know how so many rain jackets do well for cover your head, shoulders and arms but….. nothing beyond your waist. Just jacket does that.

Good jacket
I'm 5'11" and 180 lbs. Men's. A little flabby but no belly. I have longish arms and torso. Normally, wear medium for LL Bean clothing. Ordered the large after reading reviews. The large is a great fit in arms and shoulders but a bit baggy in torso. These days alot of guys have bellies so manufacturersvaccount for the extra torso space is needed. I like the extra space for a fleece or puffy vest in cold weather. This is a lined shell which is good. Can put a wool or fleece layer underneath. The shell is a bit stiff new but that's okay for rain resistance intended for westside Pacific Northwest showers.

Mountain classic jacket
Bought this for my husband to replace a many years old jacket he’d left behind on a recent trip to Greece. He loved his old jacket and I never thought he’d find another that would get an enthusiastic review. He put this one on and said he likes it even better. Good job LLB!
