Good value for the money
This jacket is exactly as advertised. It is a windbreaker/waterproof jacket. The fit is true to size; I wear a medium and order a medium and it’s perfect. The outside pockets have a Velcro closure and the zipper closure has a flap with Velcro closures to make it windproof. There are two pockets on the inside with zipper closures.

Rain jacket
I bought 2 of these jackets for a trip to Alaska with my husband this coming June. I like the look and feel of the jacket material; it is packable into its own pouch, the hood is very protective and it hides into the collar when you do not need it.

OK, but not great
A bit snug fit for a men’s L. No way to stow hood, which is disappointing. Bulky when stuffed into pocket.

Good concept, but velcro enclosures not so good.
Lightweight jacket, but the center zipper flap and pocket flaps use velcro. I'm not a fan of velcro for flap enclosures. It really is good for straps, but no much else. Also, the jacket, maybe because it is waterproof, does not breath so you can become soaked from condensation on the inside, even in winter because of a vigorous walk or hike.

Good in rain, but velcro doubters beware
So far, unlike many other "waterproof" items, this actually seems to keep the rain out. The negative surprise was the velcro, which I now remember that I just don't like, and which feature I didn't notice prior to purchase. Scratchy getting into pockets, and annoying around zipper. But if you have no problem with velcro, this is a good jacket.

Rain windbreaker
This is a very nice windbreaker. Haven’t had chance to see bout waterproof yet but the hood comes up covers head nicely (it would’ve been nice to have pull strings to tighten for windy days) but overall for $$ it suits it’s purpose.
