Excellent quality, really well constructed. Styling is classic and goes well with most anything casual or for a rugged outdoor adventure. Oh, and comfortable too!

Good at last
I've had a lot of trouble finding comfortable shoes over the years, but these felt very good immediately and even better the longer I've worn them. Very happy with the fit and they seem well-made. Not only that, I've gotten compliments on the way they look.

Shoe of value
My second review of this fine shoe..After living with and wearing this shoe for several months i find it a very valuable shoe in my collection..i have worn it every day for work and play and it is very comfortable in my size 12..It has become my go to shoe to take me anywhere..Bean dont mess with this one it's a winner..Thanks...

Great shoe
Very high quality leather. A little heavier than I was expecting, which is a good thing for me. Took about 1-2 weeks to break in, now they are very comfortable. They are probably a half size big, and I like the width of them. Only complaint is that the shoe laces come undone very easily. I am an engineer, and I can use these for my office and field work no problem.

Sole picks up small rocks
Almost stops all rocks from tracking inside. The thin line between center and outside sole picks up small gravel. If it was one solid sole the pattern would prevent all rocks

Year-old shoes are now two different shades
I bought my son a pair of these shoes a year ago. They are nice, BUT, as the leather has aged, they have become two different colors. One shoe is much darker than the other. It's noticiable. I took them in to an LL Bean outlet and they would not take them back. I guess that's understandable since the shoes have been worn almost every day for a year. Still, it's an odd flaw. The shoes are not worn out at all but we will have to replace them.
