My Dream Boots Have Finally Come to Life!
I have wanted a pair of chukkas since I was in high school. They were only made for boys. When they first made women's' boots they did not make a wide width. Finally, I open up my catalog to see my dream shoes in wide for women and in the color I always dreamed of owning. These are perfect. Super comfortable right out of the box. I wore them all day the first time I put them on. I considered wearing them to bed--something I haven't had the urge to do since childhood. I love these boots!

Almost perfect
I bought these shoes to replace shoes that I bought from LL Bean over 30 years ago, that had finally wore out beyond repair. This style isn't exactly what I wanted but are very close and will meet my needs as a replacement. I like the shoes although I had to purchase replacement shoelaces, the ones that came with the shoes weren't a good color match and were way too long. I found some great replacement shoelaces and they were inexpensive.
The shoes fit well although I need to break them in, the crease on the toes hits wrong, but that should adjust as I break them in.
