Opening is too high and large. This is a “Slip-Off” Storm Chaser, unfortunately, even with thick socks.

Worth every penny
I've had several pairs and find them amazing. I usually add an arch support insole which makes them even more comfortable. Living in Louisiana with a great deal of rain, they come in handy.

He’ll too wide
Love these for the wet weather. The one problem I have is the heel. It’s to loose. Tried the heel cushions but it’s still too wide at the back of the shoe. I’ll suck it up cuz they check off so many other boxes. Just wish there was a way to narrow up the heel is it wouldn’t rub

Best all around shoe
These shoes are so comfortable and easy to put on. I wear them in the rain or in inclement weather. Fall is here where I live and I wear them on sunny days too.

Dry, but stiff sole
Keep my feet dry in wet grass, but don't like the stiff flat sole. Hoping the sole will become more flexible with time.

Easy slip on and off!
I have been looking for some easy to slip on and off storm chasers. My other pair is around 20 years old. I wore these to an outdoor rustic furniture show when light rains kept sweeping in. Very cute with my chinos and rain jacket. They fit as a low boot should/plenty of room for heavy socks.
