Not my old gloves but close
I purchased these gloves to replace a 15yr old pair of LL Bean pair. They were my favorite pair if gloves, warm, cozy, broken in, etc....My husband accidentally threw them away. Im heart broken. Anyway, these gloves are exactly like my old gloves but not as warm, cozy nor are they broken in, obviously. They do keep my hands warm when I'm outside but it's only gotten down to 28⁰ so far, so hopefully when it's below 0⁰ they'll do their job. So far so good though.

All Purpose Practical Comfortable Warmth
LL Bean's Original Classic Fleece Gloves are time treasured known for durability lasting a long time. The Mountain Glove are made of a medium weight 100% polyester. The X-Large size fit is a bit undersized due to the shorter finger length for a men's extra-large hands. Mountain Fleece Gloves
I'm hard on gloves and wish this pair had the same reinforcement on the finger surfaces that are on the palms. Fit is good. They are easy on and off but I worry they won't hold up to the manner in which I use them. I wear them hiking but feel they are more of a casual glove.

Old friends
Just moved back to New England after living in FL and first thing I did was get these for hubby. He used to wear them when we lived here and cross-country skied and he loved them. Warm but not bulky.

sizing is off
I bought a size large for my son, but the fingers are way too short. This one fits short chubby fingers. returning. We used to keep almost all items purchased from LL Bean, not any more. Too many quality issues compared with past.
