Fits true to size
Currently I am really enjoying these boots. I am size 8.5 and ordered 8.5, and my foot is not narrow.. more regular medium. They fit well. One thing, I wish it had better arch support.

There is much more to this boot than being cute!
The recommendation for ordering a size down was spot on. They fit perfectly and I still have enough toe room to add the sherpa insole of wear a thicker sock for added warmth, but regular socks fit just fine. Plus, great arch support and they are malleable so easy to walk in plus the leather is soft and supple too. And the shoestrings fit! Non-issue. Evidentially they corrected that mishap. I wore these to work, and I was comfortable all day! That is amazing in itself. I was testing them and zero issues! And last but not least, they are super cute, and I love the leather heart detail. Nice touch! Thanks guys! I could not be happier with my purchase.

Beautiful color red
beautiful red boots! i bought a size 9-did not size down and like a previous reviewer, i am glad i did not listen to instructions to size down. i tried them on with thin socks, and there was some extra room, but not that much. A size 8 would have been too snug. I don't know it maybe these run more true to size? The color is a vibrant, true red! Really attractive. I put LL Bean Boot Guard on them before lacing up to help protect them.

Smitten with my Red *Heart* Bean Boots!
Thrilled with my very first pair of Bean Boots!
Beautiful deep red color and the leather red hearts are delightfully charming.
I mostly wear 7 1/2. I ordered down as advised, and the size 6 fits perfectly!
I will be wearing these fabulous boots on "Valentine's Day" in honor of my beloved mother
who passed on this special "Day of Love" on 2011.
I'm seriously considering purchasing another pair...

I've wanted these red boots for a long time. I just received them and wore them for the first time today. So far I'm very pleased with them. They're comfortable and look good. I plan to wear them mainly for gardening and yard work.
I first ordered a size 8, per website recommendations (my usual shoe size is 9 or 9 1/2), but they were uncomfortably small, with my toes jammed up against the end of the boot. I reordered size 9 and that fits much better, but now slightly too loose. As size 8 1/2 is not available in this style, I plan to add a shearling insole to slightly adjust the fit.

Beautiful and functional!
So many compliments on these boots. They are a very pretty red. Surprisingly warmer than I thought they would be. Not hot tho. Been wearing them non stop during rainy or snowy weather. I’m not big on the heart detail so I took it off. But it’s a cute heart!
