What's happening with the sizing?
I purchased my first set of Kennebec waders three years ago and was absolutely satisfied with them until the "super seams" at the knees started to leak last year. I was happy to find I could replace them at a modest fee (compared to full price), so I ordered new ones for this spring. I ordered them in the same size (medium) that fit perfectly before, but found the new ones were too small in almost every dimension. I've now exchanged those for size large, and they fit fine, though a bit too big, except that the booties still seem small for my 10-1/2 size feet. I see another commenter said that large was good for his 11-1/2 feet. I'm very surprised, as this kind of variable quality seems uncharacteristic of LLB. I plan to try them in the water to see have they hold up, but it's obvious that this top-of-the-line product has lost some luster in the last couple years (noted from other reviews as well).

Really wanted them to last
I purchased these waders about a year ago and loved them. I would say I used them pretty regularly during the spring and summer. After about 5 months I noticed both knees were getting wet and found that the seams in the knees were leaking. I sealed them up with aquaseal and haven't leaked since, but now my right boot around the achilles area is leaking. I'll seal them up with aquaseal again and hope that works but not happy that they have had 3 leaks in a year of use. I was really was hoping they would last long since I am a fan of LLBean products.

L. L would be ashamed, you folks used to carry an assortment of sizes in your waders. Not a very tall person I bought only your waders, but I’m sure some bean counter at your corporate headquarters figured out that the bottom line wasn’t paying enough dividends. Go back to some old school ways and keep your customers happy, did I mention that I’m seventy three and have been a customer since I was in grammar school. I need a pair of waders that fit properly. Durable?
I fish a lot and eventually all of my waders start to leak at the seams through the sewing holes. I bought these to see if the seams with superseal would hold up better. We'll see. I was a little frustrated with the sizing - I had to choose between tight fitting booties or too large body. It would have been nice to have a pouch to warm my hands.

I’ve worn them once for some Fall fishing. Good quality but do run a little small.

So far so good. I have worn my waders 5-6 times. They are comfortable, and do not leak, yet.
