Rated 5 out of 5 by Ivan from 9wt apex2 combo I bought the 9wt combo less than a week ago but I’ve used it several times already. I handles extremely well the reel is super smooth and I absolutely love the instant clutch bearing for the drag it’s outstanding! The 9wt isn’t too much for the smallies and isn’t too little for the striped bass. I’m happy and time will be the real test
