Pretty, warm and comfortable vest
I'm glad I bought this vest, especially since it was on sale. The colors are pretty. It's a very soft, comfortable and warm item. Great for walking or other body-heat generating activities. It is rather boxy, as testified to by other reviewers, which is mostly due to its puffy construction, but I don't consider that a major issue. It's very comfortable. I wish it - and other LL Bean jackets and vests - had at least one inside zip pocket (in addition to the one inside the left pocket) to carry necessary items when I don't want to carry a purse (which is important due to increased purse-snatching activity).

Best Vest Ever!
I’m a vest fan as I don’t like my arms to be constricted when I’m out being active. This one meets all my requirements. It fits my in between sizes top bod perfectly. Large is usually a bit snug and X large is too baggy. This one is just right! The rose color block is very attractive and looks good with all my navy, tea rose, and burgundy sweatshirts.
The down fill is wind proof but not at all bulky or too “puffy” looking. I have gotten compliments from my hiking group😁.

Light & So Warm
This was to replace my old vest I bought from you in 2009. I wore it out literally. This one is exactly like it with a few improvements. Love the longer length, the warmth & roomy fit. Perfect under jackets or alone.

Wow! Impressive!
Just received my vest and am blown away by the quality. First of all, I love that I have the option of using the zipper or snaps to close the vest, and the pockets are genius! There are snap-close hand warmer pockets AND zip pockets behind those. (I wish this was standard with all vests and jackets!) I love that there is an inside chest pocket for valuables that zips. As for how it fits, I’m hippy and ordered the xl and it fits perfectly. I can zip it closed (though I’ll probably use just the snaps because it’s easier). I’m fussy about the length of shirts, vests, and jackets, and this one passes the test as it hits low hip on me (I’m 5’4). The vest drapes well around the armpits. The material is soft. When I put it on, it felt so snuggly I didn’t want to take it off. It’s wonderfully thick and warm without making me look like the Michelin Man. I love the colors (I bought rosewood) and appreciate how the contrasting, paler color on the upper chest and neck is picked up on the pocket openings and around the hem. Such a nice detail. This item is definitely a home run. I bought it on sale but it is definitely worth full price.

I love it (thou it took 3 tries for sizing)
This is my new favorite vest. It's comfortable, warm and well made. I also think it runs very large. I'm a small person (5 feet 105 lbs) but I usually like my LL Beans tops in Petite Medium - sometimes Petite Large. I first ordered this vest in Petite Medium but it was huge on me. Next I went to Petite Small which was still too big, so I tried Petite XS. That one is perfect - and a keeper!
