Comfortable and easy
I love these shorts, they are super-comfortable and perfect for an easy day in the yard or relaxing inside. I own two pairs of these and honestly I'd own more, but for the one flaw I find in them - I think they are priced too high.

Great for summer road trip!
I bought two pairs of these shorts for a 3-week summer road trip to National Parks. I didn’t wear anything else. They were perfect: light weight, loose fitting, knee length option, comfortable waistband for driving with an adjustable drawstring, worked for hiking, washed and dried quickly. I needed the zip up front pockets for my car key fob.Didn’t try to keep my phone in the pockets, though. I looked a long time to find something appropriate and these were perfect.

Major design flaws
I really wanted to love these shorts because the fit is good and they are comfortable, but overall these shorts are a poor value for the money. The drawstring is a stretchy material that is comically long - it makes you feel like you're about to do some kind of magic trick with your waistband. It dangles and is impossible to tie up because again, it's like 2 feet too long for the shorts. The drawstring ends are also finished with these metal end caps that are also annoying. The main problem however is that the material pills very easily, even without frequent washing. I would recommend only hand washing this item and never put it in the dryer under any circumstances. The pilling is noticeable after only a short time of wear. Sadly, would not recommend.

These are exactly what i had been looking for to hike in, great length, light weight, great fit, SUPER comfy w pockets...front zipper pockets were a GREAT bonus!!
