Awful smell
The cabinet had a terrible, offensive, noxious smell that did not dissipate with time or with cleaning. It also had some scratches on the finish.

Meets our expectations and needs
Sturdy and attractive. Just what we wanted for a supplemental kitchen cabinet. Easy to assemble. My 74 year old husband put it together in less than an hour. "Piece of cake," he said.

not good
I'm having the same problems as the other reviews - doors don't fit, banged up paint, uneven and unusable white knobs, terrible chemical odor that you can smell through the house even with windows open - in the freezing winter!! Although it's been a week since it was delivered and put together, the chemical odor is still so obnoxious, I can barely walk into the room. I intended to store some woolen sweaters, hats & scarves in the cabinet. I'm not sure I'll ever be able to store them there because they'll absorb the awful smell. Very disappointing!

Nice, but holes were not lined correctly
One of the side panels and the bottom of the unit were not quite made correctly. I did everything according to the directions (used all the correct bolts in the correct places, did not tighten them down until the correct step) and thought it was all good. Then I noticed that the bolts had pushed out the wood on one of the side bottoms. Then I noticed that things were not manufactured correctly. I removed the bolts from that side and added washers and it worked fine, but the wood its still a bit messed up on the outside. Other than that, we are pleased with the cabinet, it looks very nice.

Poor Quality
Our cabinet arrived to us with paint scraped off the side and once assembled, proved to be very poorly crafted. Doors are crooked, spacing in wood where pieces should meet. White knobs won’t fit, only black. Terrible chemical odor we can smell throughout our house now. I’ve been shopping at LLBean for years and usually swear by their products, furniture included. This cabinet, made in China, is not of the caliber I would have expected for a $400 purchase at this company. Really disappointed.

easy to assemble
U bought this cabinet to replace a chest of drawers in my dining room. it was the perfect size for that space. My husband had no trouble at all following the directions given for assembly. It's a great addition to my dining room.
