Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Convenient I have a variety of LL Bean bags, in various sizes, that I use on a regular basis. This bag, with the zipper top, filled a needed gap (all the other bags were open top). Makes a great carry-on, as I no longer need to be worried about contents falling out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Would be better with pockets I've had mine for years for the look but it's aggravating that this bag is not available in a version with pockets. I fly with it and have to rummage for every little thing. Ugh. I'm presuming that most people who purchase this are not actually using it for hunting. A colleague of mine used it as her work tote and it was so good looking that I did the same. Just not practical if you're using it for anything but carrying wet gear.

I bought this because I live off grid and travel on a side by side everyday to get to my cabin, I wanted something spacious and waterproof because I deal with all the elements from rain, snow, and mud on my daily travels. This bag is exactly what I was looking for. It is very spacious and easy to clean. The water from the snow and rain repels off of it nicely, keeping my stuff inside dry. The only thing I would add is an inside zipper pocket for smaller items like my jeep keys so I’m not having to dig around and find them. I got the large size and it is very big. You might want to order a smaller size if you’re looking for something to carry your everyday items. All and all a great bag.

But the nylon shoulder strap material is so slippery a heavily loaded bag slips right off, making the shoulder strap virtually worthless. Very frustrating.
