These expert craftspeople meticulously brush our Scotch Plaid fabric eight times on each side to create a long-lasting material with that distinctive smooth and cozy feel. But that doesn't automatically make it plush enough. It still needs to pass the "touch test." Only a master weaver can declare it soft enough.

New Take on a Classic
This hoodie is a cute new take on the classic flannel shirt. The fabric is good quality, soft but sturdy, and the colors are very pretty. It can be worn as a shirt on its own or over another shirt as a jacket. The zip front and the hood give it an updated look but is still very classic too with the L.L. Bean plaid. It fits true to size and I'm glad I got it!

Cozy, but pills
Love this flannel - cozy, good fit, great plaid, but the fabric pills with little balls. I returned the first one after one washing, but the new one does the same thing. For the cost, I’m not thrilled with the quality.
