Anti-slip grip
I have had NO PROBLEMS whatsoever with floor markings that were cautioned about AND, like the previous men’s pair that I bought from L. L. Bean, they have a very high traction coefficient on wet, icy and other slick surfaces. I had to purchase women’s size 11 because there were no more men’s size 9 and a half available.

Tread can damage floors
You cant walk in your house with the tread on these shoes. Came with a warning can damage floors. They were comfortable and looked nice.
I returned them. I was afraid I would accidentally walk on my hardwood floors and damage them. 😩

The concept is well sought after.
I have an earlier version of this shoe and found no changes in this one. It is bulky looking and lacks style. The no slip is mediocre.

I've been wearing the L.L. Bean comfort mocs for years! Not only do they look great, the way they fit and feel is fabulous! Comfortable, grip extremely well when walking and are warm. Definitely recommend!!

Great if you find your fit
These shoes are EXACTLY what i was looking for...but sadly the fit will not work for me. If only they had the fit of my old LLB uninsulated suede comfort mocs which are no longer offered. I am in the correct size but they are just too narrow along the length of the foot while roomy in the heel. I have been wearing them hoping they might open up a bit but when i got home yesterday the pressure point had been on the side bones of my foot so it is not happening. I wanted them for walking and for cold weather bike commuting; they grip the pedals so well and while it is not super cold feel how warmth are. The dark cinder color is nicer in person, nice neutral. Really sorry these won't work for me.
