Best Coat Ever
Best coat I have ever had. Fit is excellent. I have to walk 15 minutes from the parking lot at work to my office area. Do not feel cold or wet. At night when the office is colder and I am uncomfortable, rather than dragging in another sweater, I just take the lining out and use it.

Love this jacket. Does exactly what I wanted
I purchased 3 different jackets to find what I was looking for. I wanted a good mid-weight jacket for spring and fall. This has been great! I have worn it when the temperature is 40 degrees and I'm comfortable. I do like that the 2 pieces can be separated and worn for warmer temps. I did use this feature while traveling. It also is waterproof. I wore it during substantial rain and stayed dry.

I bought a 3 in 1 jacket years and I am impressed with improvements to the jacket.
Snap closures instead of velcro is one of the improvements. The zipper also seems to be better quality.

A perfect jacket for Michigan
This fall I was fortunate to visit L.L.Bean's mothership in Freeport Maine. I bought the 3-in-one sweater jacket to replace my other L.L.Bean 3-in- one jacket. It appears to have the same quality I've come to expect from LL.Bean and I look forward to wearing it once this un-seasonable, but welcome, weather turns cooler.
