Made from premium stretch denim, with state-of-the-art S GENE® technology, the breakthrough fabric "remembers" its shape for superior retention. While the average recovery of other stretch denim is around 70% (leaving plenty of room for bagging and sagging), True Shape recovers 93% of its original shape (ensuring a great fit all day, every day). These jeans will follow your every move and look just as good at the end of the day as they did when you first put them on.

leg type not traditional
I ordered and received straight leg but the design is not straight leg. Leg type is similar to boot cut. Front pockets are not deep enough. Other wise fits ok for person with belly pouch. Leg length was ok for my height.

Excellent jeans
The fit is true to size and shapes well. Very comfortable standing or sitting, and I can't say that about any other jeans. Just the right amount of stretch--the waist stays put. I'll be buying more.

Good material not so good zipper.
Ok fit. Wish these jeans were a bit roomier at the hips. Otherwise they fit great and look awesome. However the zipper feels like it’s going to break every time it’s zipped.

I have another pair of these jeans in a different color - but they fit! These have a waist at least 1 inch less , and the zipper is so short!
It is so disappointing that it seems I can no longer depend on L.L. Beans sizing. I have not gained any weight - do it is their sizing - this has happened to me before.

Good looking jeans.
These are very well-made jeans. Quite snug on first fit, even with the polyester and elastane. They did not shrink, washed on cold, and I only used the air setting on dryer and hung to finish drying. I got them for the colder weather.

These are very attractive jeans for a casual dress look paired with a blouse, jersey, cardigan or blazer as needed. I prefer the high rise and straight leg. I really like the color options including the kelp green I chose this time.

Love the jeans but they don’t fit the same as the blue ones. They are a little smaller at the waist.
