Our classic casual coat is easy to move in and layer under. With little touches like inverted pleats and buttoned patch pockets it's no surprise this coat continues to be a customer favorite, year after year. Inspired by our iconic Field Coat (originally named Maine Duck Hunting Coat), first introduced in 1924.

I love this coat so much, i loved it even before barn clarz became trendy. It's warmer than I thought and slightly oversized. Love the deep pockets and the color. It looks great with work outfits and casual ones as well.

Nice quality and well made for the value. Cheaper than a lot of brand’s barn jacket. Comfortable and fashionable. I’m 5”7, 34A and 119lbs, got the regular size small and fits perfectly. Not big not tight, has enough room for a sweater underneath. But not so oversized that won’t be warm. I like the khaki color. Wish there was more color to choose from though.

Great jacket!
I love this jacket. This is the 4th one I have had. I wish they still had navy and the one that is thermal.lined as mine are now 3 sizes too big, and this jacket can't be worn in colder weather.

Bury me in this coat
I LOVE this coat, its got all the features you would need. The only thing that would rate it 6 stars is if it had an interior pocket. The quality is exceptional. Planning to take it to Amsterdam this spring so I was looking for something not too warm, but water repellent. If you're on the fence about getting it just do it! I like my jackets a bit roomy and the Large was perfect, I just need to roll the sleeves but it looks even cuter with the corduroy cuffs exposed.

Not as good as the original
The jacket was not as warm without the thinsulate liniing.The pockets were to small.I was trying to replace my jacket of twenty years.This one can't hold a candle to the original.
