[00:00:39.30] We love being outside. We love being in nature, so we always try to find opportunities to go on trails, even if they're just short trails.

[00:00:48.78] Yeah.

[00:01:13.78] It'll go well if Whitney cooperates, yeah, as long as we have some snacks, and she'll be good.

[00:01:18.93] I think kids just have this natural love for being outside. And Whitney just loves picking up rocks or sticks and throwing them in the river.

[00:01:28.26] I like taking Jasper outside, and I think it's important just to show him that there's things outside of the city.

[00:01:33.66] I wouldn't say that we hike a ton together. But you never know what's going to happen when you bring Jasper along.

[00:01:44.88] A lot of people, when they have kids, think you can't get out as much. And I think your kids, they need to be outside. And I think it's just so good for families. It's good bonding. It's good to get fresh air and to get away from electronics. Just going on a walk or going to some place beautiful is a great option.

[00:02:00.61] Run, run, run, run, run, run run.
